This is a technical demo, we have created to test the feasibility of creating the next Vae Victis game in Unreal. The idea is to take my knowledge and experience in Daz3d and AVN writing, combine it with my partner’s knowledge in Unreal and create a much more interactive game.
In order to make the demo as easy to create as possible, I have decided that instead of creating brand new materials for it, I’ll simply convert (some) the intro of the existing game: waking up in prison, the escape, meeting the merchant family etc. This way my work will mostly consist of exporting existing resources instead of coming up with brand new materials.
So now I’m proud to introduce the result. A short, playable demo where you can experience the strengths of Unreal: from running around the landscape to interactive lewd scenes. We tried to make it nice, but bearing in mind this is not a commercial product but a demo, there are some rough edges here and there. In other words: if we decide to make the next game in Unreal, it will look much nicer than this demo.
Tip 1: if you’re familiar with my original game, you know how combat works. If you don’t just hit the Chicken icon
Tip 2: to find the ogre, in his cave follow the corpses and lit path.
