On AI use (we’re transparent): We use AI as a tool with strict human oversight. Mylokero designs each character + writes detailed canon. Supra trains custom LoRA models per character for visual consistency across 100+ scenes. Mylokero crafts the exact prompt for every CG. Supra generates variations. Mylokero curates the keepers. AI polishes English dialogue under Mylokero’s review (every line is read and edited). We’re stating this upfront because the alternative is you finding out later. If “AI-assisted” is a hard no for you — fair, this isn’t your game.
Why this took five years: Supra started in 2019 with Daz3D, 8-12 hour renders. Life happened — marriage, daughter. Projects sat. Late 2024 custom LoRAs cut render time to 20 minutes with quality jumping massively. We rebuilt from scratch. Chains of the Forest is the proof we can ship.
