Hentai games - video games (usually Japanese) that center around explicit sexual content presented in anime/manga style. In western work they quite often called adult visual novels. Games in this category usually include:

• Dating Simulators: Going through a story with choices, interacting with anime-style characters, build relationships, and unlock explicit H-scenes (that's why hentai games often called h-games).
• Erotic RPGs: Traditional-like gameplay (exploration, combat, leveling) mixed with pornographic scenes.
• Management: Run a brothel, train slaves, manage a harem, etc., with heavy emphasis on sex mechanics.
