カスタムオーダーメイド3D2で現在使用されているボディとは別に、新ボディが追加となります。
新ボディでは、今まで多くのご意見を頂いていたエディット項目の拡張を行い、自由度が更に増しました。
より、理想の自分だけのメイドの作成が可能になります。
・ヘアーの項目
要望を多く頂いていた、髪の一部のカラー変更（メッシュ、カラーブロック表現）が可能になりました。
・バストの項目
本ボディでは、胸のサイズだけでなく、形を細かく調整可能になりました。
胸の太さや長さを変える事で自分だけの理想の胸を再現可能。
・乳首、乳輪
胸に関連し、大きく進化した項目として、乳首をスライダー調整可能となりました。
乳輪の広さ、膨らみ具合や乳首の大きさ長さはもちろん、陥没乳首などの表現も細かく調整可能。
・衣装、アクセサリーの項目
本製品より、衣装のカラーバリエーションを選択するだけではなく、無限色にて好みの色に変更が可能です。
自分で色を変えた衣装は、新たなアイテムとして登録されます。
また、アクセサリー各種が、今までは1カテゴリにつき、1アイテムしかつけることができませんでしたが、
本製品から、1カテゴリに複数のアイテムをつけることが可能になります。
・タトゥーの項目
本製品より、タトゥーの位置を移動することが可能になりました。
加えて、色やサイズを変えたり、タトゥーの向きを変えることも可能になり、好みの状態へ調整することが可能です。
・ネイルの項目
本製品より、手足の指ごとを選んで、別々の好きなネイルをつけることが可能になります。
・色の保存（色保存.png）
本製品より、カラーパレットで調整した色を、カテゴリーごとに色のアイテムとして保存できるようになりました。
こちらにより、簡単に自分のお気に入りの色を表示させることが可能になります。
・スライダーの追加（胴体.png、二重.png）
本製品では、新規に胴体などを始め、たくさんのスライダーが追加になり、
また、今まではアイテム選択することで行っていた、目元周り（二重など）に関しましても、
新たにスライダーが追加されたりなど、カスタムの幅ががより強化されでおります。
こちらで紹介しているものの他にも、細かくスライダーの拡張などを含め、色々なエディットに追加、拡張要素があります。
