About the game

Description:
Eris, commander of the knights of Baron, is sent out alone to gather the seven dresses the only things that still work against the monsters spreading across the continent.
Every town wants something before it will help her, and to some of them a knight travelling on her own is worth more than the errand she is on.

A turn-based RPG Maker VX Ace quest across a continent of walled towns: the royal capital of Baron, the martial-arts town of Muscleroom and its coliseum, the caves at Regenhoehle, the eastern island of Zipang and its water god, the holy city of Holy Rune, and the thieves' town of Hoodlum.
Each of the seven dresses is a full equipment set with its own portrait, stats and field sprite, and what people say to Eris changes with what she is wearing including nothing at all, which the game tracks with its own shame counter and its own events.
The adult content is monster-heavy and largely non-consensual: trolls, goblins, tentacles, the coliseum, and a run of scenes where the price of information is Eris herself. A recollection gallery on the title screen holds 47 scenes, unlocked as you reach them.

There is an installer because copying files in does not work on this engine. VX Ace reads Data\*.rvdata2 out of Game.rgss3a whenever that archive is present and ignores a loose file of the same name the game just starts in Japanese with a fully translated Data folder sitting right there. The installer unpacks the archive (698 files), copies the patch over it, and moves the archive aside. It keeps a backup of everything it touches.
To uninstall: install.bat -Uninstall. It restores the original, byte for byte.

Translator Notes:

Two bugs in the original are fixed along the way. The recollection gallery crashed with undefined method `event_id' for nil:NilClass on JoiPlay and other non-desktop Ruby runtimes its filter depended on Ruby's p returning its argument, which a console-less host does not do, so the gallery came up empty and confirming on it raised. And one line of dialogue had a mangled place name.
