About the game

Some or all visuals in this game were created with AI
Emporium: Assets. Order. Prosperity. puts you in the role of a former billionaire trying to reclaim your place in a slowly collapsing post-apocalyptic world.
You establish your own city, align it with the New Order, and begin building a corporation founded on contractual slavery. You manage people, businesses, finances, and company growth as you gradually expand your influence and capabilities.
Emporium places equal emphasis on deep strategic and economic mechanics and on erotic content, domination, and contractual slavery.
The game is not built solely around a male dominant perspective. It also includes content for women and trans/futa people, with occasional scenes and situations aimed at players who also enjoy a more submissive role.
In the long term, Emporium aims to combine detailed management with a broader strategic layer and the growth of a corporate empire.

0.2 CHANGELOG - 2026-09-12
ADDED

Beauty Salon
- Added the Beauty Salon, a new venue in the Health & Beauty branch with four development levels, its own workstations, manager, and upgrades.
- The salon offers treatments for hair color and length, hairstyles, facial hair, body and pubic hair, tanning, and skin condition.
- Treatments consume supplies and take time from both the staff member and the character receiving the treatment. Time spent in the salon reduces the character's available working time in other venues.
- Treatments can be ordered once or scheduled automatically at selected intervals. If a character does not have enough time for a treatment that week, it moves to the front of the queue for the following week.
- High Beauty & Wellness skill can reduce a treatment by one hour. If no staff member is available, a freelancer can perform it for an additional 50 Ax.
- Added two salon-related skills: Beauty & Wellness and Health & Wellness Management.
- Added eight Beauty Salon manager traits affecting capacity, external clients, tips, and operating costs.
- Added a new Beauty Salon sub-tab under Appearance on the character card for managing one-time and automatic treatments.
Character appearance
- Facial hair is now split into mustache and beard, each with its own length and style.
- Characters now remember their natural hair color regardless of their current dyed color.
- Added 12 new hairstyles.
- Head hair, mustaches, beards, and pubic hair now grow naturally over time. Growth speed depends on the character and their traits.
Events and story
- Added seven new random weekly events: “Late Return”, “At Your Disposal”, “Rate Me”, “No One’s Looking”, “A Moment to Themselves”, “Shell Game”, and “Bet on the Winner”.
- Added “Price of Greed”, a follow-up event triggered by specific outcomes of “The Price of Light”.
- After reading the Constitution, the player can spend an optional evening with Sara before the campaign begins.
Management and settings
- Added the “Exhaustion management” manager upgrade with three levels purchased separately for the Pleasure House, Strip Club, and Beauty Salon.
- Each purchased level of the upgrade can be enabled or disabled separately.
- Added the Measurement units setting: Metric (cm, kg), US (ft, lb), or Imperial (ft, st).
- Added the Number format setting: International, English, European, Swiss, or Indian.
CHANGED
Characters and appearance
- Health and exhaustion are now displayed descriptively. Exact numerical values are only shown for the CEO.
- The weekly work report now shows exhaustion only when a character moves from one descriptive level to another.
- Skill progress has been removed from the weekly report. The amount gained is now shown directly in Skill Development.
- Pubic hair now shows length separately, while its style has its own row.
- Tanning gradually fades unless maintained with self-tanner or the solarium.
- Skin Condition and Pubic Hair treatments have been removed from Body Modeling because those functions are now handled by the Beauty Salon.
Beauty Salon
- The Services tab header now separately shows reserved hours, available hours, and total capacity. The bar fills as time is reserved.
- Bankruptcy clears the treatment queue and unfinished hair-removal series, while completed sessions remain with the character.
- Under receivership, the company no longer pays for future automatic treatments.
- The receiver can also staff the Beauty Salon and values its workers according to what they actually earn there.
Finances and interface
- The weekly balance now shows slave purchases and reservations as separate entries, including the character's name under Expenses → Purchases.
- Venue purchases now identify which venue made the purchase, and Expenses → Purchases shows the name of the purchased upgrade or decor.
- Loan applications now allow switching freely between fixed instalments and income share before signing the agreement.
- Generic references to slaves now use masculine grammatical forms in languages where this distinction applies.
BALANCE
- Working in the Pleasure House, Strip Club, and Beauty Salon now gradually worsens skin condition.
- Rebalanced how appearance features contribute to attractiveness for female, male, and trans characters.
- Head hair now has a greater impact on attractiveness, and hair length is also taken into account.
- Facial hair, pubic hair, and selected body features have gained importance, while some previously dominant factors such as face, age, height, and body weight have been reduced.
FIXED
- Skill names and the Owner character class now display correctly in all supported languages.
- The market valuation filter no longer appends “Ax” to the value while it is being entered.
- Enlarging a character portrait in a venue or on the Slave Market now shows the full image instead of the thumbnail.
- Fixed the phone being narrower than intended in maximized and borderless windows.
- Notifications no longer extend beyond the right edge of the screen and cut off text.
- The VoIP icon now appears correctly on the phone.
- A window on top no longer allows the edges of the window underneath it to be grabbed.
- The Slave Market once again shows appearance traits that are absent, such as no body hair, no facial hair, or a shaved head.
- Long field names in the campaign creator no longer distort the form columns.
SAVE COMPATIBILITY
- Saves from versions 0.1 and 0.1.1 can be loaded in 0.2.
- Due to changes including portrait numbering, characters from older saves may display different portraits.
- If “The Price of Light” has already been completed in an existing save, its follow-up “Price of Greed” will not appear in that campaign.
- Old saves remain playable, but starting a new game is recommended.
0.1.1 CHANGELOG - 2026-08-22
A maintenance release focused on making the interface adapt properly to the screen the game is running on.
ADDED
• Settings → Display: Interface scale.
• The game now automatically creates the complete “portraits” folder structure beside the game executable if it is missing. The 00_README instructions are included.
• Added a startup warning when no character portraits are found, including information on where to download the Portrait Pack. It only appears when the game cannot find any pictures.
• Added Exhaustion to the Profile tab of the character card, next to Health.
• Windows can now be resized from every edge, not only from the corners.
CHANGED
• Migrated from Godot 4.7 to Godot 4.7.2.
• The account balance on the Slave Contract Market has been moved to the left side of the top bar.
• On very small screens, the phone hides the VoIP icon when there is not enough room on the status bar.
• The picture picker now clearly states when no pictures are available instead of showing an empty folder.
• Portrait Packs extracted one folder too deep (“portraits/portraits”) are now detected and loaded correctly.
FIXED
• Improved the appearance of the Saves window.
• The interface now adapts to the screen. It was too small on displays above 1080p, while thin lines rendered incorrectly on smaller screens.
• The phone and its tray, the portrait shown on the market, and in-game windows now scale with the screen instead of remaining at a fixed size.
• Borderless Window mode no longer extends beyond the top and left edges of the screen. It now fills the available screen area while leaving the taskbar visible.
• Removed the stray line along the top edge of the screen above the top bar.
• Changing the CEO’s picture now opens the CEO portrait folder instead of the region folder.
• The Information window in the picture picker is now opaque, preventing the pictures underneath from showing through the text.
• Renamed the misleading level-two skin condition from “Scarred” to “Irritated” and updated its equivalents in every other supported language.
SAVE COMPATIBILITY
Saves from version 0.1 work normally in 0.1.1. No campaign progress will be lost, and you do not need to start over.
One setting unrelated to save data will be reset: in-game windows will forget their previous positions and sizes. They will open in their default locations the first time you launch the update, and you can arrange them again afterward. The old layouts had to be discarded because the interface now scales differently and could otherwise place some windows outside the screen.
KNOWN ISSUES
• The banking app can be a little unclear after the second bankruptcy. Nothing actually breaks, but I want to redesign it and make the information easier to understand.
• Zooming a character photo from a building or from the slave market opens a small thumbnail instead of the full picture.
0.1 CHANGELOG - 2026-08-19
First release of Emporium.

Developer Notes:
At its core, Emporium is a power fantasy. You buy slave contracts, manage slaves, decide how they work, look, and develop, run both erotic and non-erotic businesses, and gradually build an increasingly powerful empire.
The game gives you room both for pure economic management and for enjoying the control you hold over the people under your authority.
Emporium is an economic strategy game built around weekly turns. One of the foundations of both the setting and the gameplay is contractual slavery. Characters voluntarily sign contracts under which they surrender all of their freedom in exchange for security, shelter, sustenance, and protection in a collapsing world.
For the company, this means buying, selling, employing, and managing both the contracts and the people bound by them.
Both characters and businesses are highly detailed. Characters have their own traits, skills, predispositions, health, appearance, and anatomy, down to details as specific as pubic hair length.
Businesses are managed through tables, reports, assignments, and statistics that let you track their efficiency and profitability.
The management loop is punctuated by weekly random and story events, introducing new situations, choices, and consequences.
Over time, the game is planned to expand with new industries, trade, politics, research, territorial expansion, diplomacy, and military conflict.
Emporium is currently in the early stages of Early Access. New systems, events, businesses, and strategic layers will be added gradually in future updates.
