そこは週に一度の定期船のみで出入りでき、島内は大型の高級ホテルを中心にビーチやスパ、コテージなどが広い範囲に点在し、
プライベートな空間が作りやすく、世界のお忍びの場としても知られる場所。
突如皆が楽しんでいたリゾート施設を襲う異形のモノ。
島内がパニック見舞われる中、生存者達は一致協力を模索する中、
奴らは突然現れ襲い始める……。
