Tokyo was under total attack by an organization called Kyom.
This is the beginning of what was later called the "Tokyo Lost Life phenomenon"......
Oribe Aki, who worked as a nursery teacher, was running away with his children through the destroyed city of Tokyo.
However, he lost consciousness at one time in the middle of it, and when he woke up there were no children.
To find them, he boarded the seat above the Nanatu, a human machine on display at the museum, but it did not move as he thought.
"Maybe ......the lower seat ......!」
"Your name answer.He's old-fashioned.It won't move just up there."
The two soldiers of Ogawara appeared there.
He got into the seat under the Nana-two and activated the Nana-two.
He thought he could find the children with this, but immediately after he was attacked by Kyom's human machine, Burgoyl, he was involved in the fight without a choice.
"If you have something you want to protect ...... Show me how to protect it with your power!！」
While puzzled by his own situation, he decides with the words of both soldiers and throws himself into the battle to regain occupied Tokyo ......

後に『東京ロストライフ現象』と名づけられる事件の、これが始まりである……。
保育士として働いていた織部碧は、破壊される東京の街を子供達とともに逃げていた。
しかし、その最中で一度は意識を失ってしまい、目を覚ましたときには子供達の姿はなかった。
彼らを探すために、博物館に展示されていた人機・ナナツーの上の座席に乗り込んだ碧だが、それは思ったようには動いてくれなかった。
「もしかして……下の座席……！」
「ご名答。こいつは旧式だからな。上だけじゃ動かねぇよ」
そこへ現れたのは小河原両兵。
彼はナナツーの下の座席に乗り込むと、ナナツーを起動させた。
これで子供達が探せると思った碧だが、直後にキョムの人機・バーゴイルに襲われてしまい、選択の余地もなく戦いに巻き込まれてしまう。
「守りたいものがあるなら……お前の力で守ってみせろっ！！」
自分の置かれた状況に困惑しながらも、碧は両兵の言葉で決意を固め、占領された東京を取り戻す戦いに身を投じていくのだった……。
