This story snippet will occur when you max out their EXP and then talk to the character. When their EXP isn't maxed out, the character will talk generally looping through 3 dialogues, however these 3 dialogues change depending on what their affection level is at.-Changed how Break works, now it instantly gives you energy but consumes 1 time stat.
