I just didn't feel like commenting it out. This update is really not worth downloading if you already have 0.2.2 or 0.2.2a, unless you're really interested in how the Billy path resolves. Note that there are big flashing warning lights in that path telling people not to take it, because I was planning really bad things, but ultimately I'm a big softie and nothing too bad happens (in fact, it's actually a pretty good path for some players).
