NPCs will have a visual system where they see if you're naked and what part; you might end up in jail, or the NPC will ignore you or attack you. more effects that the player can get via monster or equipment. adding scenes that the player can trigger in the world. more creatures, objects, clothing, and other objects that the player can wear or place. crafting (just an ideer) gliding (maybe) and more things that I have in mind, like farming and woodcutting, bartending, etc., maybe even starting a goblin colony.
