VX Ace reads Data\*.rvdata2 out of Game.rgss3a whenever that archive is present and ignores a loose file of the same name the game just starts in Japanese with a fully translated Data folder sitting right there. The installer unpacks the archive (698 files), copies the patch over it, and moves the archive aside. It keeps a backup of everything it touches.To uninstall: install.bat -Uninstall. It restores the original, byte for byte.Translator Notes:Two bugs in the original are fixed along the way.
