So for example you've got early achievement in first scenes, then continue to play the game and get more and more achievements. Then you decide to replay first scenes and you get that early achievement again - at this moment game will reset all your achievements and you will only have that one you've got just now at first scenes.5. Some unlocked scenes in storyline screen can lead to different scenes than intended. I discovered couple of such scenes for Lulu route, "Let's Get Down to Business" and some other one near it. Not sure for now if this happens randomly for any scene or only some of them bugged in storyline screen.6. "Exit game" button doesn't work properly and when you will confirm that you want to exit from the game, you will just get white screen and the game won't close. So just use ALT-F4 to close the game.
